Returns & Exchanges 

 

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. 

Return Policy: 

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card for Store Credit 
  • We do NOT accept exchanges at this point in time. 
  • We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for store credit. Returns past the two week mark will NOT be accepted. Returns are not allowed for International orders at this point of time.  
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.  
  • Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. Since these are final sale, please do not ship them back to us. We will not issue any refund and will charge a shipping fee to have the item returned back to you. 
  •  To complete your return, your packing slip is required. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs returning your item. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?  

Expect an emailed E-Giftcard within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. 

Do we offer return labels? 

We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future! 

Can I make a return past the 14 day period for store credit? 

Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 14 day return policy for store credit. 
 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.  

  • All accessories 
  • All jewelry 
  • All intimates  
  • All sale items 

 
 

Exchanges 
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a E-Giftcard  to your email.  You may then place an order for the desired size. ITEMS THAT *WILL* BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN: 

Items that have NOT been worn or washed 

Items with the KUB tag ATTACHED to the item in its original form 

Items without deodorant/makeup stains 

Items NOT purchased during a sale 

Items that do NOT smell of perfume 

 

Defective Items: 

All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
